"Just wanted to review an AMAZING cosmetic dentist and dental implant specialist that I was lucky enough to have found right here in Delray. First off, I am a medical doctor and allergist so I have had a chance to deal with LOTS of health care providers over the years in my work in hospitals and offices. Dr. Ressler diagnosed a hidden fracture in one of my teeth that had been bothering me for weeks by using a high-tech CT scanner he has in his office. With just some local anesthetic, he gently removed the broken tooth, and repaired my jaw with a bone graft in preparation for a future dental implant . No pain whatsoever. He was very kind, soft-spoken, and spent a lot of time with me to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Five HUGE stars for this caring man and perfectionist dental specialist. My goal was to find a dentist who is experienced in dental implant surgery -and- has the ability to finish all of the dental work in one office. My regular dentist does not place dental implants but I found out that Dr. Ressler has training in both surgery and dentistry. I have always been somewhat fearful of dental offices but I can genuinely tell you that Dr. Ressler put me at ease. On my first visit, he took digital x-rays and discussed my treatment choices. He communicated with my original dentist of many years and together they discussed my treatment options a bit further so I knew they were covering every possibility for me. It was so refreshing to have a dentist like Dr. Ressler patiently describe everything for me in plain English. I am happy to report that both the extraction and implant surgery went very smoothly. It was amazing the amount of computer technology that was used to make the procedures faster and pain free, even during the actual implant placement. I should also say that the office is immaculately clean with very modern equipment, and Dr. Ressler is extremely attentive and professional. I am grateful for the doctor’s kindness, and the personal attention I received from his front desk person and his entire staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Ressler’s for over 5 or 6 years now. Over this time, he has done a lot for me to help save my teeth and gums. First he treated my gum problems with the help of a laser, and made new bridgework for me by replacing old work with better fitting and better looking teeth. He also made an implant and a beautiful cerec ceramic crown made entirely in his office in one sitting using a computer, 3-D camera, and a dental printer. Dr. Ressler is not only an excellent dentist and gum specialist, but he is the first dentist that I have gone to who actually listens to my questions. I like him because he always shows genuine concern for me both as a patient (and a person) and really takes the time to talk with me on every visit. In addition to being very skilled, Dr. Ressler is also very kind and has a pleasant personality. Where to start.. I had a complicated front tooth infection on an old crowned tooth. Not an ideal situation. I was new to south Florida and had no referrals. Had two consultations regarding implants prior to meeting Dr. Ressler and his awesome team for a 3rd opinion. Glad I had a final opinion from him. He gave me the straight facts, told me it would be a long process to do it right and that I should not rush it (others wanted to rush it). I felt comfortable from the start and chose his practice. It was the right decision. Every appointment was on time, comfortable, never rushed and totally professional. I had many appointments throughout this process and they were all like this. Even now, when I have had a couple of follow up apts he continues to be concerned if I'm concerned, and sometimes I'm unnecessary concerned. No matter, he takes the time, listens and provides expert feedback. This is how Drs should be, though many have forgotten this about patient care.The office staff is superb, friendly, caring and experienced. I have more dental work to be done, a healthy mouth treatment plan and I am happy to have found the right place. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Ressler. I needed two rear, infected teeth extracted. He was great. He is a very caring and talented doctor. He and his staff are friendly, competent and sympathetic to your problems. I went to the office in pain and concerned about my situation. He personally got on the phone and spoke to the endodontist would took the 3D scans of my mouth. He discussed my options and agreed with my decision. I am a 71 year old male. I mention this only to inform you that over the years I have seen many specialists and none are even close to the all around professionism of this man. We recently moved to Boca from New York and found the most amazing dentist. My husband and I both have a great deal of dental work...veneers, implants, etc. We also require periodontal work/maintenance. Thank God we found Dr. Ressler and his amazing staff. They are courteous, professional and beyond sensitive to the needs of their clients. It's amazing to me how much thought they put into insuring their clients comfort and that every visit is a positive experience. Dr. Ressler puts his clients above all else. Whether you're dealing with Leslie in the front office Diana or Dr. Ressler himself the level of care you will receive is beyond measure. I found them when we first arrived here via a dental emergency and would NEVER consider going anywhere else. I went to see Dr. Ressler to have some bonding work done on my front tooth which was chipped. He explained everything he was going to do and as he was doing it this made me feel very comfortable. I'm extremely happy that I went to see him he's a wonderful dentist very professional and somewhat of a perfectionist which is a good thing because when your working with bonding you need to also color match the tooth among other things but he and his assistant were incredible and my tooth is perfect you can't even tell that I had anything done. I would definitely go back to his office if I need any other dental services. - L.B.

I really like Dr. Ressler! He is kind, extremely informative, a perfectionist and has the latest technology at his office. I am extremely nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Ressler put me at ease immediately. His staff lovely! He recently made me a nightguard ( I grind my teeth) and replaced a crown that had tooth decay underneath. He even showed me the x-ray of what it looked like before and after he replaced the crown, so I could see the crown was sealed perfectly. Extremely satisfied. - A.G.

I am in love with my new crown engineered and done in a couple of hours, while at the office...no temporary crown! My husband cracked his bridge and came to Dr Ressler for help. Dr. Ressler was not the Dentist who originally made the bridge but the Dentist who made the bridge passed away. Dr. Ressler had the bridge sent out for repair and was back in my husband's mouth the very next day. And it fit perfectly. We couldn't ask for anything better than that. - A.M.

Today was the first of a four-session course of periodontal treatment. As a medical health publicist for more than three decades, I have learned how to be pro-active in my health, diet, exercise and positive outlook! However, due to a wrong dental choice in the past, my teeth have been overlooked regarding possible periodontal bone recession. I am extremely grateful to have discovered Dr. Ressler and to trust that he was the one who could "make it right" regarding my dental health and periodontal treatment after contacting him for a second opinion. So far he has done an excellent job in treating a difficult case...from delivering the right amount and combination of anesthetic, given my sensitivity to epinephrine, to the outstanding relationship with his assistant who was right with him in delivering assistance when needed, to responding appropriately to greater bone loss than expected and the need for bone grafting for which he was prepared, to completing the procedure without my experiencing any pain along the way. Never used to lke periodontists, but Dr. Ressler is the exception. I had my first implant with him about 12 yrs ago and a couple more two years ago. Visits to his office for occasional periodontal treatment and periodontal cleanings and a quick exam by him are always pleasant. He knows his stuff, which includes referring you to someone else when what you need is outside of his area of expertise. He takes most insurance and his prices are right and he doesn't try to rip you off like some do, and this is important to retirees like me. The staff is fine too (Bonnie, Ophir and Pilar) - J.L.

I want to thank Dr. Ressler and his group for great dental care. Starting last May, he performed several deep cleanings and gum surgeries for me and was able to save my teeth, gums and smile from advanced periodontal disease. I wasn't the easiest of patients. The sound of drilling, and other equipment in my mouth is not pleasant and makes me very nervous. Dr. Ressler, as well as his team are all very gentle and were able to put me at ease during the procedures. Now I am consistently brushing and flossing and have my old smile back. Dr. Ressler was a God send for me....periodontal disease runs in my family and he was the first dentist to make me realize it was genetics but with oral hygiene, proper diet and routine cleanings, I could manage it. Most importantly they didn't make me feel bad about having periodontal disease and have never made me feel uncomfortable.
